Dave Force – Talent/Behaviorist
One of the nation’s most innovative behaviorists and producers, for more than 30 years, Dave developed standardized training techniques for behavior at SeaWorld that led to hundreds of thousands of entertainment performances, animal/guest interactions and scientific discoveries.
Dave served as the original General Manager of Morgan’s Wonderland in San Antonio, TX, the world’s first theme park designed for the special needs community. Today Morgan’s Wonderland is the global model for similar projects around the world and Dave continues his work in an advisory capacity.
Dave served as the executive director for San Antonio Youth Literacy and was a founding member of the Board of Directors for the PreK4SA education initiative which has become the template for similar programs nationwide. In 2014 HUD Secretary Julian Castro (then Mayor of San Antonio) honored Dave for his service to the community as a leader in Education.
Since 2006, his company, Constructive Behavioral Consulting, has provided management consulting services to businesses of all sizes, from the Fortune 500 to small non-profits and the educational community.
Doug Minerd – Executive Producer
Doug is an accomplished arts & entertainment executive and producer who has held senior creative and leadership positions with some of America’s best known and loved attractions including Cedar Point, Busch Gardens, SeaWorld and Sesame Place. Production credits include hundreds of shows, events and attractions at 11 major parks nationwide.
Passionate about education, Doug has worked extensively with educators, naturalists and historians to develop new and innovative ways to teach using the power of story, media and interactive technologies. He served as Director of the Discovery Center, an innovative technology based training center for the workforce development division of Thomas Nelson Community College and played a key role on the executive team at Mariah Vision3 developing innovative, immersive and interactive software with a broad range of applications from entertainment to education and national defense.
A prolific composer Doug has written and produced music and shows for theme parks, media, off-Broadway and regional theater. His original theme for National Public Radio’s “Virginia Voices” won a Southeast Communications Award and his compilation “Americana: Fife & Drum has been used in documentary, film and television production in more than 20 nations around the world. Doug’s signature work is the musical “Four Part Harmony” for which he wrote music, lyrics and orchestrations; “Four Part Harmony” tells the riveting true story of American POW’s in Vietnam and their families.
Gary Lensenmayer – Producer – Audio Engineer/Composer
For more than 20 years Gary W. Lensenmayer has produced music and shows for theme parks, theatre, education and commercial use. His signature arranging style coupled with an infallible ear has made him one of the most respected studio producers in contemporary music. Gary routinely works with the nation’s finest recording musicians and is widely regarded for his innovative musical arrangements, brilliant vocal performance ensembles, his succinct and articulate abilities as a producer and most especially, for his unfailing musicianship. His stylistic, innovate works have informed the music of countless arrangers, producers and musicians for many years.
He has served on staff and provided creative services as an arranger, composer, Music Director, audio engineer and designer for Cedar Point, Valleyfair, Busch Gardens (Williamsburg/Tampa Bay), Sesame Place, SeaWorld, Aquatica and Water Country USA. In addition, Gary provides best of class theatrical development capabilities across a full range of technical and creative disciplines. He has developed and written concepts for dozens of live shows and is perhaps best known for his work with young talent in live stage performance. Perhaps most important for Job Talk, he is a witty and talented storyteller who delivers valuable career advice to our listeners with wit and precision.
Gary is a graduate of Ohio University, has been an adjunct professor at The College of William and Mary, and is a proud member of AES.
